Who Are BT Local Business?
Many businesses believe they are dealing directly with BT plc.
In many cases, however, they are dealing with an independently owned BT Local Business or authorised business partner operating under the BT brand.
These businesses may market BT products and services, but they are separate commercial entities responsible for their own sales activities and customer relationships.
